Quality Control


We, at Gorno's, pay particular attention to the quality of meats and spices used in all our quality products.

All manufacturing is carried out under strict hygiene controls, complying with EEC approved regulations and HACCP hygiene systems.

               

We try our utmost to adhere to authentic and traditional recipes, resulting in exceptional quality and we are certain that you will feel secure and confident in using our wholesome, genuine produce.

All Gorno's sausages are supplied vacuumed packed or gas flushed and are available in retail or catering packs. All have a minimum shelf life of six weeks from production.
