Quality Control

We, at Gorno's, pay particular attention to the quality of meats and spices used in all our quality products. All manufacturing is carried out under strict hygiene controls, complying with EEC approved regulations and HACCP hygiene systems.



We try our utmost to adhere to traditional recipes, resulting in exceptional quality and we are certain that you will feel confident in using our wholesome, genuine produce.



It is our policy at Gorno's to maintain the authenticity of our sausages by manufactoring totally GLUTEN FREE and 100% meat products.

All of our spices are freshly ground and blended on site.

All Gorno's sausages are supplied vacuumed packed or gas flushed and are available in retail or catering packs. All have a minimum shelf life of five weeks from production.
